We were invited to attend the weekly cocktail party on the beach upon our initial arrival. Mr. Hai Nguyen, the Director of Guest Services, came to us at the party. We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

It was truly the best. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly. Also, the breakfast is great. Since I was going with my parents, breakfast was important, and they came and prepared the breakfast themselves, and it was delicious, which was really nice.
