Idealny hotel !!! Wszystko super!!! Super jedzenie, europejskie !!! Pierwszy hotel w Egipcie gdzie spotkaliśmy się z Europejskim jedzeniem np. Ziemniaki w mundurkach, kapusta gotowana itp...Personel poprostu mega!!! W recepcji przecudowny mężczyzna Haitham Ali rozwiąże każdy najmniejszy Wasz problem, poprostu Anioł !!! Dla niego nie ma problemu z niczym pomimo że mój angielski nie jest zbyt dobry on potrafił znaleźć rozwiązanie z każdej sytuacji !!!!! Aquapark mega, rafa koralową przy hotelu super, bezpłatne rowery- riksze 4 osobowe ktorymi mozna jezdzic po calym hotelu to nie lada atrakcją dla dzieci , do tego autobusik jeżdżący po hotelu gdyby komuś było za daleko chodzić, meleksy !!! Animacje w listopadzie to również zaskoczenie dla nas, codzienne występy wieczorem ;)) Animatorzy super!!, Mnóstwo basenów, wszędzie mega czysviutko, kucharze w rękawiczkach:)) Wszystko poprostu mega!! Polecam ten hotel na 500% pierwszy hotel w Egipcie ktory poprostu rozłożył nas na łopatki, nie ma możliwości żeby się do czegoś przyczepić i byc z czegoś n8ezadowolonym!!! Zarówno super dla dzieci jak i par!!!! Wrócimy tutaj na 200% jak Marsa Alm to tylko hotel Pickalbatros Portofino!!! Dla Pana Haitham Ali W recepcji premia i mnóstwo napiwków !!! 5-gwiazdkowy obiekt IBEROTEL Costa Mares usytuowany jest przy plaży w miejscowości Marsa Alam i oferuje ogród, taras oraz bar. We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

Obiekt Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" położony jest w miejscowości Al-Kusajr i zapewnia centrum fitness, ogród, wspólny salon oraz taras. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Very quiet and suitable for diving people, the dive center is very professional. The staff are very friendly.

Ośrodek Gemma usytuowany jest przy prywatnej plaży. Oferuje on widoki na Morze Czerwone. We have just had a great full experiences in Gemma Beach Resort in Mars Alam. Everything was perfect!! Starting from Food: good and varied buffet menu everyday thanks especially to Francesco, the chef. There is also the possibility to eat in the two restaurants, one for meat and one for fish, both very tasty too!! But what makes this place so special are people you meet there. Starting from housekeeping, waitress, pool and beach staff, alway kind and available. Special thanks to Tarek from “la mia africa”, Munir from the bar pool and Mahmoud from pool services. Then the animation team, italian and international: we feel like to be in a family, and we already miss them so much. We want to give a special thanks to Zeeeeeka, we wait for you here in Italy! And for italian team from BRAVO: Federica (the most sunshine girl!), Luca (the sport’s man with a bit of sugar), Francesco (TSL : the Salxsero Lover) and Fenice (our pocket girl with a big heart).
