This is my second visit, and we were totally happy with everything: every service, every meal, every facility, every show, and everyone! This hotel offers a beach front, a large lagoon pool and 5-star luxury accommodation in the heart of Port Ghalib, Egypt. Marsa Alam International Airport is less than 5 minutes’ drive away. Everything more than perfect. Excellent service, everyone of the staff is incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. They speak a lot of languages and they're always with a smile on their faces. Special mention to Mohammed (the guard of the child's water park). The food is very good, there're always bbq bites and a lot of different kinds and tasty dishes in general. The buffet is amazing. And of course, spectacular the views of the Red Sea and snorkeling on the coral reef right there in the private beach, beachfront pool, beach bar... Better than a 5 stars hotel so far.

We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" mempunyai pusat kecergasan, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Quseir. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Offering an outdoor pool and a private beach, The Oasis is located in Marsa Alam City. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. This place is perfectly located along the sea with no other resorts around, all you can hear are the waves and the wind. The structure is built with stone giving it a natural feel. It is the perfect place to come for quiet relaxation. The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The name "Oasis" perfectly describes this place.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. The food was very tasty and there was plenty to choose from. All the staff were nice and we never had to wait for anything. I send a special greeting to Ragab, who cleaned our rooms and kept our fridge full. The guests of the hotel also suited me. During my stay, the hotel accommodated mostly Italians and Czechs (I do not know if this is always the case). They all behaved well and were not noisy. No one wasted food! Something I really don't like is when someone wastes food. I didn't miss the type of guests there (you all probably know where they often come from) who like to do the exact opposite.
