Comfortable sunbeds, drinks at the tables by the sea created an incredible atmosphere! The territory is simply incredibly comfortable for children, adults, small mobile groups, prams. The most comfortable living environment has been created! The food is incredible, the Italian course was a blast! It is impossible to imagine tastier) Separately, I would like to tell you about the quality of cleaning and cleanliness: it is of unprecedented quality and intensity. Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. the hotel is great and the staff are very professional and friendly specially Mr.Ahmed Abdulmeanem with his positive attitude . the food was great and there is a lot of variety. animation team is great with a lot of activity on the pool and on the beach. Luna park was good but it is small.

He was so friendly and also so helpfull we gone miss him so so much. We certainly come back. This hotel was fantastic also the staff. But special thanks to Mohamed he made our stay very very nice 🥰

Matatagpuan ang 5-star resort na ito sa gitna ng Hurghada at nag-aalok ng mga naka-air condition na kuwartong may pribadong balkonahe. We've had an amazing experience at Desert Rose resort. It was even better than we've expected. The atmosphere was great and we felt welcome. The staff was really friendly and kind to us. Big shout out to our housekeeper Hassan who made sure that our room was tidied every day. One of the big highlights of our stay was the Christmas party. A huge party with entertainment and a massive buffet. We had a blast with a lot of the other guests. Great place to mingle and meet new people!
