The hotel exceeded all our expectations. It's a huge green territory. The villas are covered in greenery and flowers. There was a swimming pool next to our apartment. There are many different pools on the territory with bars and sun loungers. The room is spacious with a garden zone, a huge bath + a shower. Large terrace with seating area. Breakfast in the restaurant with stunning views. Lots of different food, fruit, and pastries at breakfast.The food in the hotel restaurants is more European. The hotel has a gym and offers yoga classes. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.

The rooftop pool was excellent, with a great view of the entire area. It was sparkling clean with a nice shower area. As this is a relatively small resort, the pool was nearly always empty, which made it a very relaxing and private space to go at night or in the morning. Breakfast each morning was really great, with a nice variety and excellent quality. Again, because of the small size of the resort, I was frequently the only person at breakfast as soon as they opened, so no waiting in line or competing with anyone for food. I ordered room service several times, and the food there was also excellent and very competitively-priced. The customer service from every single employee was top-notch; they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best it could be. The Chinese laundry service was fantastic, with a rate that was comparable or better than the rates I saw out on the street, and my clothes came back very clean and professionally-folded. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in all my years of traveling (it was either a memory foam or hybrid, but again, much better than I have found at nearly every other hotel I have ever stayed at). I would not hesitate to recommend the Pacific Club Resort to any of my friends and family, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Phuket.

An excellent stay experience! The apartment's location is just perfect, right by Karon Beach, offering breathtaking views of the beach from both the living room and the patio. There are numerous restaurants and small shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient. Our landlord, Ettiene, was exceptionally accommodating. Prior to check-in, Ettiene provided comprehensive information about the apartment, the surrounding area, and even recommended car vendors. I had requested Ettiene in advance to prepare extra towels, and we had an abundance of towels. The rooms in the apartment are impeccably maintained, with a sense of newness and cleanliness and tasteful decorations adding to the charm. PS: Although nearby restaurants lacked air conditioning, we opted to get take-away and enjoy it in the apartment, which was perfect and cozy. The dining room table was long and spacious, providing an ideal setting for family meals under the super cool air-con.

Pool was huge. Beach was awesome. Spa was best massage ever. Terrace room was good but never used the terrace. Loved how secluded and uncrowded it was.
