We had an excellent stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. The fitness centre is great for gyming and doing yoga etc. The shower is hot and has great pressure. Air con works well, and staff were very nice. We requested a late check out due to our evening flight and they were very accommodating with a late check out. Then they let us leave our bags safely with them until we left in the taxi. We really appreciated that! The ambience of the hotel is very nice and calming. It is about 50-60 mins from airport.

Gorgeous property with lots of fruit trees everywhere. Staff are super friendly. One of them picked the fruits for us to try and showed us around. Rooms are huge and very clean. Very close to the airport and convenient. We really enjoyed out stay here.

Everything was outstanding - the welcome at the reception, earlier readiness of our rooms allowing us to check-in before time, comfort of the rooms, the grounds (hammocks!), paddle boats, the boat ride in the backwaters, pool and the restaurant. The location is a little out but I don't know how one can have access to such a well maintained, tranquil property without leaving the bustling roads behind. I think the food at the restaurant may be an understated aspect given we're dependent on it completely - the food was excellent. We'd love to have spent more time there. 100% recommend!

This place is at a prime location in Fort Cochin. Everything is available at a walkable distance and all the major attractions are nearby. Speaking about the facilities and room, I very rarely give a 10/10 for places but this one deserves a 10. The place was soo good in architecture and facilities and it has those vintage vibes with a sea view balcony. The staff were so generous and the service was lovely! They even provided bicycles for local commuting. I really do recommend this place and will be visiting again for sure.

The Taj is a lovely, quiet property with amazing port views and a large, outdoor pool. The staff were amazing with special thanks for their hospitality and graciousness to Mr. Matthew (management), Mr. Soby (front desk), Alex (wait staff) among many others. The food was excellent and we enjoyed seeing the historic Synagogue in Kochi which can be reached in less that 10 minutes via a water taxi.
