Proximitat a l’aereoport. El personal es absolutament perfecte. La nostra estada era impossible de millorar. Sempre atents, menjar de qualitat, bons shows, seguretat del Resort, bona disponibilitat del personal per ajudar en tasques per les activitats fora de la seva tasca. Hem quedat maravellats. Tornaríem mil cops. La neteja de les habitacions perfecte, un hotel nou construït fa un any i mig. El tracte del personal era lo millor els felicitem. Les instal·lacions bars y restaurants temàtics perfectes. Vam passar els 3 primers dies sense voler sortir perquè ho teníem tot a mà. Realment impecable els hi dono 10/10

The facilities were exceptional. The pool areas were fabulous with plenty of entertainment during the day and the evening. We loved the Beats music by the pool and the volleyball games. The food was plentiful and varied. The staff were particularly lovely and very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The pool staff catered for all needs. Amazing lace for family and little ones. Kids show every night. Daytime activities were endless and the staff made you feel at home. Food was great and had a nice variety. Room size were very big compared to most hotels I have visited. Well definately return here.

Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We've had an amazing experience at Desert Rose resort. It was even better than we've expected. The atmosphere was great and we felt welcome. The staff was really friendly and kind to us. Big shout out to our housekeeper Hassan who made sure that our room was tidied every day. One of the big highlights of our stay was the Christmas party. A huge party with entertainment and a massive buffet. We had a blast with a lot of the other guests. Great place to mingle and meet new people!
