From the great location, local to all the shops to the customer service (Zac[k]) the dog that was there greeting everyone really brought a nice touch to the resort. Seeing a family dog involved was very wholesome! Explains why so many people love Ballina. Chill, lovely people! Room was spotless, had all the amenities needed that we didn't have on us.

On arrival we were prepared to walk due to the total misrepresentation of the ‘resort’ on your site … it is in the wrong end of a scruffy town and it is just a downmarket motel . The kindness of the staff and the fact we were too tired to move on meant we stayed !!
