Situated in Oneroa, this apartment features a balcony with sea views. The unit is 23 km from Auckland. The kitchen features a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine. Everything was perfect! It has an excellent location, a lovely view, great patio, and the place had everything you could think you needed or didn't even know you needed while traveling abroad. I stayed at several places on my trip to New Zealand and Jake's place was the most detailed with such lovely hosts. I wanted to stay longer. And I fell in love with Waiheke Island. Easy to walk to the beach, town, wineries, tramping tracks, and close to bus stop. I traveled solo and felt so incredibly safe.

The hosts, Bruce and Jules, were very welcoming and friendly. They were always available to help and answered any questions we had. Great service. Room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Very good view and good location. Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Oneroa Secret Garden Apartments offers studio accommodation just 12 minutes' walk from Oneroa Beach. These 2 apartments were a real find! We can't say enough to emphasize that the apartments were so clean, lovely bedding, towels, completely furnished kitchen (we cooked both nights on the grill), wonderful location within walking distance of the charming town of Oneroa. Air conditioning works great. We used the laundry facilities on the property. The garden with walking paths and gazebo is such a lovely setting. You can't get much better than this anywhere!

We visit Waiheke Island frequently and have been looking for a special place to return to. Now we have found it! This apartment is perfect for a couple. Close to Oneroa, very clean and comfortable and the beautiful garden is a bonus. Our hosts were wonderful. As were the treats they provided. We can't wait for the next opportunity to stay at Oneroa Secret Garden apartments.
it had everything a normal home would, location was excellent and the property was looked after
We loved the lodge and the staff, who demonstrated their nature of going above and beyond for each guest.
Friendly helpful host. Beautiful views. Comfortable and spacious.
Very clean and very comfortable. David and Shaolin are excellent people and was extremely helpful and made our stay very homely.
Best time! It’s my second stay at Waiheke resort and I will definitely be back! There was a great vibe, had a great time at the free salsa class and Latin party! The staff were awesome too!
Wow, what a location! we're kicking ourselves that we didn't stay an extra night. Such a beautiful, well-kept property nestled away from civilisation. The view cannot be captured in photos, you have to see it for yourself. The place was immaculate, quiet (considering it's above the ferry terminal) and cozy. Close to the ferry terminal so easy check-out, close to buses and an amazing cafe (Ahipao) - we will definitely come back to stay again. It's not so much a dislike so we'll pop this in the 'like' box as we knew this before booking, but just to emphasize for older travellers or those who aren't as able-bodied it's best to book a car or have extra $$$ for taxis as the hill coming up to the accommodation is quite steep and rocky. We found it manageable but just as a sidenote!
The location, the views, the hosts, everything is perfect in this accommodation. Definitely would love to come back!
Stunning location and well appointed.
Nice pool & hot tub, trampoline, close to town, friendly, helpful staff
We loved this place, so calm and peceful with amazing views. It is quite isolated and we didn't have a car but that suited us fine to just kick back and relax.
All was perfect ! The magicl and so scenic environment, the very comfortable chalet and on addition the great and warmful professionnal welcome of Heidi and Steve. Thanks a lot !
