I absolutely love this hotel and everything about it. It’s the hotel with the soul and the addition to details there is amazing. The room that we got had a beautiful garden view. We received some treats on our welcome which was very kind. The rooms are very clean, lovely decorated and are equipped with suite pads where you can find all the information about the hotel, book your meal or a spa treatment. Staff members was very friendly and helpful and food was exceptional. Overall we very much enjoyed our short stay in this charming hotel and 100% we will visit it again.

Just about everything, from the staff who went out of their way to help you. The rooms were perfectly made with clean towels and bedding everyday. The restaurant and bar staff are always ready to help, and the food was unbelievable, first class.with the menu changed each day.

This dog-friendly hotel ensures a memorable island experience. Staff was friendly and so helpful. We had an amazing view and comfortable bed. Water temperature and pressure were perfect. The attention to details was appreciated. Location could not have been better. Short walk to all buses that went all over the island. We walked the beach every day. Asiyah gave me a divine massage. The pool and spa were immaculate. Breakfast was so lovely.

Let's start to say it's great that a place like this still exists in Jersey. In an old manor, in front of beautiful Gorey castle, in a natural environment. The place has a nice mix of young and old guests. Nice friendly staff and the beds in our (twin bed private) room were very comfy. Great memories.

A bar is also available on the premises. A superb hotel. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were lovely, and the location is exceptional ! I grew up in Jersey so I know the island very well, and we were over as a family visiting my father. He doesn't have enough space for us all to stay hence we thought we'd book into a local hotel instead. The Prince of Wales is literally next to Greve de Lecq beach - literally next to (as in about 30 seconds walk) so the kids loved that too.

Pontac House is personally owned and managed by Joe Pinto and his family, who strive to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Very high levels of cleanliness with friendly and helpful staff all over, Antonio as well as the staff at the cafe were brilliant.
