There's a small veranda in front and a very small yard behind the apartment (just for the drying rack). Everything was working. The apartment comes with its own private parking space and you get a remote for the electric door. The city center is in walking distance, but when you go back to the apartment, you have to walk uphill. There's also a pizzeria just on the other side of the street, in case you don't want to go to the center anymore.
