Welcome to our exquisite 2 bedroom town centre garden apartment in Cheltenham. We are committed to help and protect the environment as much as we can, where we can. Which is why this dedicated serviced apartment block features solar panels to help achieve sustainable energy solutions. A exclusive first floor apartment, a short walk from the town centre. Furnished to the highest of standards with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. This apartment has its own private access through a secured courtyard. You will enter the apartment on the ground floor into a spacious hallway that has an area for shoes along with a coat stand. As you make your way up the stairs you will find two king size bedrooms located off the hallway, one with an ensuite shower room. The main bathroom is also off the hallway, along with the kitchen, living & dining area. The modern fitted kitchen hosts electric appliances inc fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and oven. There is also a private patio area with outdoor seating for 4 guests - ready for some alfresco dining! There is an allocated parking space, with EV charger, for 1 vehicle. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available throughout your stay. PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift access to the property.

We are situated on Knapp Road a short walk from the town centre and Cheltenham's iconic Promenade and Montpellier district. This property is a great base to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding towns and Cotswolds. It is also a great place for business guests as it offers Wi-Fi, a parking space with EV charger and easy access to Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. There are bus stops in the town centre, a short walk from the apartment. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham and similarly you can reach Pittville and the Race Course if you wish to walk a little further.
