NOT RUN BY THE RESORT'S RECEPTION. – We handle all bookings for this villa. – Parties and functions are prohibited, disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited. Repeat offenders will be evicted without warning by security. If this occurs your accommodation along with all money paid will be forfeited. - We do not provide Free tea/coffee/milk. - We supply toilet paper for your arrival only, not the duration of your stay. You can buy food, toiletries etc… from the shops near by (10 minute walking distance). - Ladies, please do not use our linen to remove makeup as it permanently stains the linen and replacement costs will incur. - If you require anything, please contact us.

I love travelling and welcoming new guest to my private villa. The resort is located within 20 mins walking distance of the ferry terminal. There is also available Magnetic Island Taxis. There is free uncovered parking at the front of the resort. Bus-stop located near the front of the resort, and bus service runs all day until late. You will be renting the whole villa. Hence, you will not be sharing it with anyone. As the grounds are undulating, it will not be suitable for wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties. Don't forget to watch out for the many birds, wallabies and koalas that inhabit the island and the grounds of the resort.

We only want to rent to wonderful people who appreciate the value and will enjoy their stay. We do not provide a 5 star hotel service, hence we also do not charge the 5 star hotel price. 90% of our guests love our place and leaves us a 5 star review. On the odd occasion, we get dissatisfied guests who do not leave us a 5 star review. If you require something, please send us a private message and we will do our best to keep you happy. We still expect the 5 star rating review. If you are after a 5 star hotel, then please find another place. If you are very demanding and there might be a possibility you might not leave us a 5 star review, then please find another place. We out-source our cleaning and other services and we appreciate the private feedback, as this helps us improve our services within the price budget.
