Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The credit card presented on check-in Must, be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.

A security deposit of AUD 500 is required. This will be collected at check in by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded, post check out,via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Arrivals after normal check in time - 13:30 - 19:00. A surcharge of $190 applies up to 22:00.

All requests for late check-in are subject to confirmation by Sealuxe.
