Light & Bright Hamptons Style modern 2-bedroom apartment overlooking some of the largest & most majestic pine trees in Perth and bordering the visually spectacular Richardson Park. The location is simply the best! Minutes walk to the Zoo & our amazing Swan River foreshore. Walk to Mends or Angelo Streets for specialty shops, restaurants, grocery store and cafes. Minutes drive to Perth CBD or Ferry ride to CBD from Foreshore. A Beautifully presented two bedroom, 1 Bathroom spacious apartment overlooking magnificent tree lined Richardson Park. The apartment is lovely and bright, freshened up with wooden floors, a large Hampton style kitchen; with loads of cupboard, stylish granite top and island bench. The lounge & dining area are open plan and have views overlooking the park. The lounge has a built-in balcony with small table and chairs, suitable for additional dining or study nook. The main bedroom is a very good size with King size bed and offers floor to ceiling wardrobes. The second bedroom has Jarrah Robes and sleeps 2. The bathroom combined laundry is a generous size, with built in washing machine & dryer area. The apartment is fully fitted & furnished and comes with 1 under cover car bay at the rear of the complex.
