This delightful spacious 2 storey house is located just over the road from a small beach, has far reaching views of the sea and stunning sunsets from the generous roof terrace. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay; lots of storage space, 2 toilets, large comfy beds, instant hot water. There is a large supermarket a few minutes away by car, and there are several good restaurants in Santa Marinella centre, about 7 minutes by car. We loved our stay here and were very sad to leave. Monica was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely use this accommodation again.

Beautiful view and spacious apartment enough for six of us and was still a sofa bed extra we didn’t use. We stayed at Francesca's place “La terrazza sul mare” in Santa Marinella from May 1st for 5 days with family from California before our Europe cruise, and it was an excellent experience. Francesca was incredibly communicative, providing clear explanations before and after check-in and offering helpful tips throughout our stay. The location is stunning, conveniently situated just 25 minutes from Civitavecchia, and 50 minutes from both Rome and Fiumicino airport. The train station is only a 3-minute walk away, which made traveling easy. We rented a car to explore the city and appreciated having a peaceful retreat in La Marinella to escape the hustle and bustle of Rome. Overall, Francesca's hospitality and the beautiful, convenient location made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean and beautiful! I was very impressed! The location was amazing with a gelato shop and grocery store right down the street! All amenities inside the apartment worked perfectly and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
