نظف و موقعه ممتاز و يعتبر من الغرف الكبيره في فلورنسا مريحه و فيه قعده حلوه برا مثل حديقه .. طريقة الچك ان و الچك اوت شوي مختلفه .. يحتاجون يعرفون متى توصل عشان ينتظرك الموظف و يعطيك التعليمات لانه الدخول برقم سري و عالي الامان .. و الخروج سيلف چك اوت مافي موظف حاطين بوكس تسلم فيه كرت الغرفه و تطلع لكن اعتبره مريح حبيت .. و حاطين لك رقم للتواصل في حال احتجت اي شي تكلمهم

Every thing was just great about the place. Amazing view and its not on the main street so its quite all day. Samuela was just amazing in hospitality and support to make you really feel like you are in your own place and city. She would provide any support you can think of. Not many places in Florence comes with an elevator but this one had and comes with excellent air conditioning too.

The room was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The host was exceptional, ensuring our comfort and providing everything we needed. He checked in with us daily via text and recommended fantastic restaurants and tourist spots. For our anniversary, he left a chilled bottle of Champagne in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Upon checkout, he called a taxi and arrived early to help with our bags. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence.

Our stay was very excellent, and the owner of the residence was very nice. The hotel is located on the second floor and overlooks Piazza della Repubblica. The room and bedding are clean and the water is hot. The cleaning worker and his wife are very nice. The hostess Marie Adele was the most kind person we ever met and her services are above and beyond of our expectations!The room was the cleanest we ever stay and the most artistic, carefull and beautiful!The neighborhood where is the apartment, is very close to the center and to anywhere, also is very graphical and quiet.our last day Marie Adele allow us to stay as time as we need, without pressure and she was always calm and with a big smile! Follow her suggestions for food and drinks are the best!
