But the staff was extremely courteous. Princess was absolute gem and helped out on many little requests. The house keeping staff is excellent and loved their attention to detail. Except for one day, which was really shabby house keeping.

Great quality rooms with excellent facilities. The roof top pool,sauna and gym is a great bonus. The staff were very helpful and obliging. Only about 6 stops on the tram to the centre of Melbourne. Great cafe on the ground floor which had great breakfasts and coffee.Would recommend.
