Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-storey JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, close to beach and walk or tram to Surfers. Loved the little extras Vivienne left for us. It was a great stay, highly recommended😊

Wonderful property. Beautiful decor. Spacious room. Can not fault it. We ate in every restaurant - Akoya Lobby Bar and T’Ang Court. All of the meals were superbly delicious. Pool area was well staffed and pool very clean.

El Oaks Gold Coast Hotel se encuentra a solo 400 metros de la playa, ideal para pasear, y a 3,5 km del centro comercial Pacific Fair. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to surfers paradise beach and the same to broadbeach. But the location was quiet and away from any busy restaurants. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for more. The toiletries were good quality and the bathroom was huge. Great pressure in the shower too. The room itself was enormous and the balcony was brilliant. We paid $20 for parking overnight and you could definitely find cheaper elsewhere but this was peace of mind as it is in an underground locked parking garage. We also had regular rainbow lorikeet visitors to our balcony which was really nice. There was a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and bars but there is a Shell garage opposite for any immediate purchases with a tiny Coles inside. We got coffee and pastries from there rather than having breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed them looking out from the balcony. The super king sized bed was incredibly comfy. Wish we could go back
