Top room and easy access to restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Ground floor made access for my elderly mother very easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and stay again!!

We had fantastic stay at the Shamrock, rooms are newly renovated and are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and all the expected amenities like tea, coffee, milk and even bickies close at hand. Room had a huge brand new Philips Smart TV (At least 40”+)mounted on the wall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I travel with an accredited Service Dog, even though it wasn’t listed as dog friendly, the Shamrock were very accommodating, and let me know by email that everything was ok with my booking. The location is very good walking distance to the city centre and shopping centre. I highly recommend the Shamrock Hotel Motel. Next time I’m in Toowoomba, I will definitely be staying at the Shamrock Hotel Motel again. Thanks Again. AAA+++

Clean towels provided. Fridge in communal kitchen was clean. Self check in/out was easy and the instructions texted were clear. I liked having the sink in the room. last time there was hand soap provided which was great, and would have been good if provided this time but wasn’t. This is budget accommodation so as long as you remember this, then you should have reasonable expectations.
