I only stayed one night as it was close to the airport. I ventured out on arrival and found Izumi-Sano had more to offer than I imagined. There was a very large outlet shopping centre which o would have enjoyed more time exploring but was tired after the days journey. I would have also liked to have taken a walk to the sea. Not clean not tourist friendly charged water tax but not allowed to use as have a small tattoo drunken noise patrons until early hours in the morning. In hallway. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.IanJapan

For a family of 4, everyone has a bed and still with room to move. We were on the higher floor with a corner room so we got a magnificent view of the city and the ocean. The airport shuttle was only available for very early flights, so we had to take the train during the rain for our afternoon flight which isn’t bad since the hotel is right next to the station and with covered walkways.

Very new hotel equipped with all necessary facilities, including a hand brew kettle and drip coffee! Tastefully decorated lobby and room, the bathroom is clean and of decent size, the room has enough space to open up your luggage (this is very important/uncommon in Japan!). Definitely a comfy and value-worthy place to stay while catching an early morning flight!

You won't be disappointed by dinner and breakfast either, and by the great view from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms are neither interesting nor deceiving. I've stayed at other OMO locations, and the design was more interesting. But it's more than ok for an airport hotel. Last but not least, the free shuttle service to the airport is super efficient.
