Nice location, but didn't realise the Cottage didn't have a beach view, only a garden view. Weather was great so enjoyed walking along the foreshore

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this modern cottage in Bicheno! We stayed in the Pear cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail. The cottage is impeccably clean and stylishly furnished, making it a cozy and inviting space. The heating was excellent, which was a blessing during the chilly evenings. The cottage also smells amazing!
The location is perfect—close to all the local sights and conveniences. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, such as fresh milk, fizzy water, and a lovely bottle of rose. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped, complete with a heated towel rack and luxurious toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and hand cream.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances we needed, including a coffee machine. These small luxuries made our stay very comfortable and unique. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and well-appointed getaway in Bicheno. We will definitely be back! Best place we've stayed in Tassie!
Beautiful location on a Cliff top overlooking the ocean.
Beautiful location on a Cliff top overlooking the ocean. Lovely one bedroom house well appointed with all facilities and big windows out to the ocean. Plenty of wood for an open fire. Good facilities. We took all of our own food as it is a 6 km drive into the house on a dirt road. Highly recommend

Such a beautiful place to stay.
Such a beautiful place to stay. The blowhole was fantastic, and the sea views spectacular. The little village was charming and the locals were so friendly and helpful. The Lobster Shack is a must go. I enjoyed a bubbly while waiting for my order. Gorgeous views. Would definitely come and stay again - for much longer than last time.

Love Bicheno. It’s quiet and very beautiful. Lovely walks on the beach or rocks. Not suitable if you want a busy night life but good choice of food options and great cafe options. Very easy to get around. Great for a relax or quiet family holiday.

Unfortunately other travellers had advised to go to the lobster shack for a meal which we did but we found this quite pricey and was just loaded with mainly chips. The view from the viewing point at whalers lookout was spectacular
Shane's messages were amazing regarding access- Thank you!
The accommodation was close to central business district and included scenic views and access to the beach.
There was a heat pump and very clean floors and all the basics.
The room was away from noise and noisy guests and had 2 beds per my request.
modern artwork in the room was enjoyable for the theme of the town.
The sunrise was the best I have seen in Tasmania and on my to-do list for years
Very relaxing!
We booked a family trip and intended to drive a long trip from Hobart. My husband ended up sick the morning before checkin. I contacted the property and asked for consideration of the circumstances and seek a partial refund. No response from them after I contacted the property a couple times and detailed the circumstances. Very disappointing indeed!
This is a great little 3 bedroom house in a great location in Bicheno. Walk down to the beach, into the town area, 2 doors up from the pub. Easily accommodated our 3 couples. Extra toilet out the back in the laundry is a bonus. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Would recommend for location, cleanliness, easy to deal with owner.
The cottage was extremely comfortable. After settling in we were visited by our host, who showed us the few extra 'treats' that were included in the cottage. The cottages are so handy to pretty much all of Bicheno. Would not hesitate to stay there again on a future visit.
Cosy and comfortable unit perfect for a couple. Loved our 3 night stay at Bicheno belle
Would recommend to any one travelling up the east coast of Tasmania. Plenty of extras included, eggs, ham, cereal and home made bread which was lovely. Friendly hosts too
Up the Back was our favorite accommodation on our Tasmanian trip.
The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable.
It was very well equipped and the washing machine was most appreciated.
The location was very quiet and the sea view was lovely.
Spacious cabin. Comfortable bed. Large table with chairs. Refurbished bathroom with good water pressure and toiletries. Decent sized fridge and kitchen. Easy flat walk to hotel (good value food and drinks) and town centre.
It was clean, quiet and had a great view. Also the shops and beach were a short walking distance. Yet the location is away from the caravan park and pub, so it’s very peaceful.
location was good, 200m walk to the beach. Staff was good, restaurant open till 9pm (not common in Bicheno), view from the room was good (almost every room has good view).
Great location, very clean and functional. An easy stroll to town and beach. I'm pretty fussy, but I would be very happy to recommend this place to friends and family.
Friendly welcome. Great value compared to other accommodation we have stayed in during our Tasmanian holiday. Great kitchen and utensils. Quiet at night. Recommended
Location was perfect I this beautiful little beach town. Very clean, very comfy beds, big rooms, free parking, amazing shampoo products you rarely find I hotels.
Very family friendly. We have stayed in a few places at Bicheno and this place is our best to date. We saw a whale from the lounge room at Peggy’s point.
