I had such a perfect stay at Almoura Ladeira! I requested an earler check-in and Catia (the host) kindly allowed it. The place was very easy to find and super central to all Evora sightseeing spots. There's a lovely local grocery shop nearby (with a kind owner and delicious fresh-baked croissants ~) and many local restaurants around. The apartment was super comfy (a perfect size for one person or a couple) with new furniture and fully equipped modern kitchen. Catia even explained to me how to use the stove (a brand new one!) over the phone. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again! Thank you, Catia! Thank you, Evora!

Located in Elvas, the recently renovated The Bastion Elvas Apartments provides accommodation 20 km from El Corte Ingles and 20 km from Badajoz Fortress. This is a GREAT apartment in a wonderful location. It is close to everything in a wonderful small town. The pizza place next door is great as is the pastry shop just down the street. You can walk to virtually anything. The hosts will do whatever they can to help you.

I loved the location & rustic garden setting, the trickling water and the happily chirping frogs in the pond. It was a treat to be close to nature and have the view over the township below after days spent in big cities & close spaces.

Lovely homely apartment in a pretty little town with great restaurants (of which the owners recommended many - thank you) and the best beaches we have seen in Portugal near Porto Covo. Always on hand to answer any questions, really responsive and polite. Great if you have a car as free parking on the road outside. Added bonus was a beach umbrella so could spend longer there. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa to relax at the end of a day - a treat after staying in hotels.
