Big balcony in a quiet area with choices for restaurants and supermarket is within 5minutes walking. Communication beforehand was immediate and during our stay every staff member was kind, especially Sara who always greeted us with a smile and offered us great information. Bus station within 5 minutes that brings you to Rome must see places. Definitely recommended and will stay there again when we come to Rome.

We were greeted by the sunniest and most wonderful person I have ever seen - Lucky. Helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would gladly come again.

The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. Its apartments offer views of Via di Ripetta or the internal courtyard. The apartment location was superb, it was clean and super welcoming. The breakfast, mini bar and the room amenities were generous and clean. The shuttle service to the airport was helpful and very good. Breakfast items are included. 12 minutes downhill walk to the cruise shuttle buses. Nearby the apartment is the medieval section, quaint with restaurants. 7 minute walk to begin the Lungomare walk leading to a dynamic piazza and further to a myriad of seafood restaurants. Civitavecchia is a most pleasant surprise.
