The garden was so quiet and nice. The perfect spot to wind down, read a good book, and get some writing done. This time I travelled alone, and it felt very safe, but I will be back with friends, because it's just a really chill hangout spot and a great place to plan the rest of your trip from. I only stayed for two days, but I can see myself coming back and making a retreat out of it. Also good WiFi, and cozy room, with a great breakfast.

The room was well appointed with comfortable bedding and chairs. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed the ambience. It was nice having a pool although the water was a little cool for swimming, but it was still early in the season (late May). I called reception to ask for glasses and ice to have a drink in our room and within 2 minutes there was a knock on the door. Their Orvieto Classico wine was excellent and we bought 2 bottles. Wish we bought more!
