Positive section of review
You don't do breakfast, you have no lounge, no comfy place to meet other travellers. You charge for water, coffee, tea, you do not supply tissues, nor hv a fridge, finding the hotel is hard, there are no signs inside the front door, and you charge a considerable amount of money per room. The most excellent thing is your staff. They were kind, helpful, thoughtful and friendly. And they, not your facilities, made my stay.

The room is clean and organised, and well equipped with necessary cooking stuffs, the staff is enthusiastic and helpful, she told me some useful information about the city, the transportation and tourist attraction. And the apartment is in a very traditional neighborhood in Málaga, you can feel the vibe and observe the daily life of normal Málaga people there, which is interesting.

Location was very good close to lots resturants and shops Breakfast was very nice loved the coffee and the Crossants and the fruit Bar was very good loved the entertainment in the nightime ...Food was lovely at the bar

The rooms were very drab and very dated ...thought we were back in the 70s but very clean ...balcony was overlooking eyesore kitchen yard ....paid extra for seaview ..had to look sideways to see the sea .

Everything you need was there. Great apartment. Not big but big enough for a couple. And location is just perfect if you want to be close to Yumbo . Also nice privacy. I would defo come back and recommend it to my friends.

The apartments need updating very old fashioned for such high profile name like the Farionnes- reserving sun beds everyday is not fair on all the other residents- I've no problem with for elderly people but people in there 60"s are not elderly. Everyday we went out for sun loungers could not get any till afternoon time very disappointed with this. We got 2 on one day but was told by another resident that they were reserved for her and her child whom is disabled they were there on a retreat - we offered to move and I did apologise but after few minutes saw she had another 2 beds across from our area reserved also ( which I saw her friends on ) this is something you need to look at - as we go to lanzarote 3 times year but this would definitely turn us off staying with you again over this. Sunbeds should be first cone in the mornings no reserving for others with notes on them or towels ( watched one day and saw a towel on a bed for 3 hours and not one person sat on it ) disappointed as never seen anything like this in any other apartments or hotels in lanzarote. Also alot noise on few nights late in the night 3am to be precise I do no people are on holidays and like to drink etc etc - I do myself- but if there is night porter on he did noting on those nights I heard the noise ( drinking laughing etc etc ) did report this to reception the following morning.
