There was no breakfast included in the price ,the location wasn't really that bad ,the owners were very polite and courteous.there were four walls and a roof and a bed .

The rooms are a bit dated ,cobwebs in the room and in the bathroom, greeted by a spider hanging from the vent in the shower, the owners offered guests a bottle of wine and a small wrapped piece of out of date cake .the bathroom floor had obviously not been mopped in a long time Can not recommend this place, needs a lot of work, 3 out of 10

The only thing that let this place down was the bed, not comfortable. And the reason we were here was for a bed for the night. A decent bed and our score would be 9/10

Arrived for breakfast 9:30, paid for some friends to join who arrived at 9:45, and then at 10:00 they started closing up and taking away the food, if I knew that I wouldn't have paid for friends
