Clean and well presented and excellent facilities - robs slippers ironing facilities and coffee making . Great towels all clean and fresh. Front of house superb customer service and friendly. Met all my requirements and more. Great breakfasts - omletes!

Everything was great, staff and service, room was beautiful, restaurants, valet parking. It was my husbands birthday and as I had informed ahead of time, the room was decorated and we even got a cake!

The only thing likeable about the hotel was the location and the proximity to the Dubai Mall.

The staff were poorly trained and managed. We had to extend our stay during the flooding and after extending none of the services were aligned. Housekeeping had no record, as did the front desk... The only thing was our credit card statement that we had to show them. Getting our laundry was another nightmare as the staff member bringing our clothes didn't know how to use the credit card machine and said we had no funds after I had tried the terminal in the corridor outside our room. Again, I had to go to the front desk to sort this out, which was both time consuming and left a poor taste in my mouth. Overall, a poor and generally frustrating stay. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Cheap. All inclusive drinks and ice cream are decent. Gym is good.

Very busy in buffet and around the pools. Not allowed to go in a la carte on first night even though they were half empty. Beach staff move the umbrellas even when you are using them for shade.

The noise from the bar was absolutely shocking I had to stay awake until it closed so I could try and get some sleep. Will never stay at this hotel again.
