Awesome quirky place to stay. The staff were awesome right from checking in to a tour of the property. We had breakfast which was great value. Would have liked to have spent more time. Great areas to laze around.

Title: Unacceptable Stay - Mouse sighted in toilet and Unbearable Odor Rating: 1/5 "We booked this house for a night, but unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a mouse which we noticed in the toilet but what put us off was a putrid smell from a dead mouse. The condition of the rest of the house was reasonably clean, except for the kitchen floor which was dusty. We were told that there was parking on site - but did not know that we had to park our loaded trailer and car in the driveway and assumed the garage doors meant we would have secured parking - this was a bit misleading. Despite our efforts to address this with the owner, she refused to acknowledge the issue and take responsibility. Our main concern was the smell of a decaying mouse and this was overwhelming as we could not bring ourselves to eat there. We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which added to our stress and expenses. I would not recommend this property to anyone until the owner addresses these issues and takes necessary steps to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for guests. The accommodation is attached to the owner’s home, and features a bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom and living room, and a private patio area. The property is clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster and fridge, so you can prepare the buffet breakfast that is included. The house is at the end of a long private lane, which means that the wildlife is on the doorstep, including a small family of Kangaroos, who visit the garden each day, and stunning birds including Kookaburras and Glossy Black Cockatoos. This owned by Wendy and Steve Heinrich, who are the most charming and hospitable hosts. Thanks both, we had a fabulous stay.
